Production facility
For dependable high-speed production to consistently high quality
standards, vast know-how is required.
At PANOLIN, you will not find any tangled hoses or outside tanks.
All our tanks are well insulated and heated inside the building.
Every component we use (base oils and additives) is fed individually
to the mixing tanks through a fixed, colour-coded piping system.
Computer aided production
Our CAP system tells us the right mixing times and when to stop
for check-up sampling, looks after batch management and ensures
traceability, etc.
To ensure absolute plant safety and dependability, we have a foolproof
backup concept with two updates per year, a 24-hour intervention
contract, data logging and remote system monitoring. Not a single
step is taken without prior approval of the production manager.
Product filtration
Before drum filling, blended oils pass through a high-performance
filtration system. This ensures compliance with the minimum purity
class requirements to ISO 4406 often specified for modern hydraulic
fluids. At PANOLIN, filtration has been standard practice for many
years.
Filling system
The inspected and labelled drums are transported by roller conveyor
to calibrated weighbridges. Various filling stations are used for
small drums and cans, barrels and containers. Lubricating greases
are filled at separate stations. Tanker trucks are loaded at the
outside docking station.
